The Brief:
Partner with the Global Retail Experience and Education team, as well as the Operations team, to innovate the onboarding education content for brand ambassadors and internal stakeholders.
The Challenge:
Canada Goose’s current 5 day onboarding experience was inconsistent, including everything from 200 slide powerpoint decks to 12 page PDF documents. The existing content needed to be streamlined to make it more memorable and engaging for their Gen Z Brand Ambassador audience.
The Strategy:
After 10 stakeholder interviews and an in-depth review of the current content and onboarding experience, the strategic approach was to move from module by module learning to a curriculum learning experience - delivering a cohesive, engaging and memorable onboarding experience.
The Execution:
Delivered 30 briefs to the creative team clearly outlining every deliverable, from one pagers and FAQ lists to discussion guides and interactive activities. Currently actively consulting to ensure the creative execution delivers in alignment with the content strategy.
